Caltech CALE partners with Harvey Mudd College to host several Virtual Career Fairs. These occur throughout the year and are a great opportunity to recruit STEM talent from Caltech, Harvey Mudd, and all the Claremont Colleges (Claremont McKenna College, Pitzer College, Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont Graduate University, and Keck Graduate Institute). This gives you access to STEM majors at EIGHT selective and diverse institutions!
HOW TO SIGN UP
The Caltech and Harvey Mudd Virtual Career Fairs take place virtually on a platform called Mudd-Tech Connect, which will be used exclusively for our co-hosted virtual career fairs with Harvey Mudd College. Representatives will be able to video chat with candidates through the platform, review resumes before and after the chat, and take notes for any follow up.
Please click HERE to create a Mudd-Tech Connect account. Once approved, you can log-in and register for the fairs!
The fair will be open to our entire communities of BS/MS/PhD students, recent alumni, and postdocs (Caltech), so you can recruit for a wide range of opportunities, from internships to full-time roles. You will meet top STEM talent from Caltech, Harvey Mudd, and all of the Claremont Colleges (Claremont McKenna College, Pitzer College, Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont Graduate University, and Keck Graduate Institute). This gives you access to STEM majors at EIGHT selective and diverse institutions!
Employers are encouraged to post jobs and internships in advance of the career fair. Since both schools use different recruiting platforms, we appreciate your efforts to post them on both systems!

Cancelation Policy: Any cancellations must be made in writing to career@caltech.edu no later than the date listed in your confirmation email.
No-Show policy: Career Fair "no-shows" are not entitled to transfers or refunds at any time. No-shows forfeit their entire registration fee and materials, and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another event. To avoid being considered a no-show, please email career@caltech.edu and cancel no later than the date specified in your confirmation email.
